Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ScopeWise (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ScopeWise helps you produce a schedule of works and a finance appraisal for UK property projects. It is a documentation and estimating tool. All outputs are indicative and subject to the Disclaimer.

2. Accounts & data

In this build, projects are stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for retaining your own copies (use the export features). We are not liable for data lost from your device or browser storage.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Pro features are available via subscription or one-off purchase through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime via the billing portal. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to circumvent access controls, or rely on its outputs without independent verification by qualified professionals.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
